Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quantum Workflow Labs services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Quantum Workflow Labs provides workflow automation services, including:

  • One-time workflow automation builds using Zapier, Make, and Airtable
  • 30-minute workflow audit calls
  • Loom video walkthroughs
  • 2 weeks of post-delivery support

3. Payment Terms

  • Service fee: $397 per workflow automation (flat fee)
  • Payment due 100% upfront via Stripe before work begins
  • Additional automations: $197 each (after first workflow proves value)
  • All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy

4. Project Scope

Our service includes:

  • ONE specific workflow automation
  • Tools supported: Zapier, Make, Airtable (standard integrations)
  • Delivery: 2-3 business days after payment
  • Support: 2 weeks of "it broke" support (bug fixes only)

Our service does NOT include:

  • Multiple automations (billed separately)
  • CRM setup from scratch
  • Custom software development
  • Integrations requiring developer API access
  • Ongoing management or maintenance after 2-week support period

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate workflow information during audit call
  • Have active accounts/licenses for tools being automated (Zapier, Make, Airtable, integrated apps)
  • Respond to clarification questions within 24 hours during build phase
  • Test delivered automation within 2-week support period

6. Delivery Timeline

We deliver automations in 2-3 business days after payment. Delays may occur if:

  • Client doesn't respond to clarification questions within 24 hours
  • Required tools/API access aren't available
  • Scope changes are requested mid-project

7. Support Period

2 weeks of support covers:

  • Bug fixes (automation doesn't work as designed)
  • Technical errors (Zap fails, Make scenario breaks)

Support does NOT cover:

  • Scope changes ("Can you add this new step?")
  • Tool limitations (Zapier's API doesn't support X)
  • Client's tool/account issues (expired API key, cancelled subscription)

8. Intellectual Property

Delivered automations are licensed to you for your use. We retain the right to:

  • Use anonymized workflow examples in marketing materials
  • Build similar automations for other clients

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:

  • Uptime of third-party tools (Zapier, Make, integrated apps)
  • Compatibility with future app updates
  • Specific time savings (though we estimate based on typical usage)

10. Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services ($397). We're not liable for:

  • Lost revenue or business opportunities
  • Data loss (you're responsible for backups)
  • Third-party tool failures

11. Termination

We may terminate services if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Provide false information
  • Abuse support (excessive requests beyond scope)

12. Cancellation Policy

Before payment: You may cancel at any time with no obligation.

After payment, before work begins: Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we begin building your automation.

After work begins: No refund. Once we start building your automation, the fee is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

To cancel, email hello@quantumworkflowlabs.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Good-faith negotiation
  2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
  3. Arbitration in Toronto, Ontario (binding)

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
