Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Quantum Workflow Labs offers refunds under the following conditions:

Full Refund (100%)

  • You cancel within 24 hours of payment AND before we begin work
  • We fail to deliver the automation within 7 business days of payment (without valid reason such as client unresponsiveness)
  • The delivered automation doesn't perform the core function described in the audit call
  • We determine the automation isn't technically feasible BEFORE starting work (full refund issued within 48 hours)

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Automation is delivered but has significant bugs that aren't resolved within the 2-week support period
  • Scope was significantly misunderstood (our fault) and rebuild isn't feasible

No Refund

  • You change your mind after work has begun
  • You request scope changes mid-project
  • Third-party tool limitations prevent functionality (discovered after build starts)
  • You don't respond to clarification questions within 48 hours, causing delays
  • Automation works as designed but doesn't meet your unstated expectations

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email hello@quantumworkflowlabs.com with "Refund Request" in subject line
  2. Include:
    • Order/payment confirmation number
    • Detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
    • Screenshots/evidence of issues (if applicable)
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with a decision
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

3. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  1. Request a review by emailing "Refund Dispute" to hello@quantumworkflowlabs.com
  2. We'll schedule a call to discuss
  3. If unresolved, disputes follow the process outlined in our Terms of Service

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a credit card chargeback without first contacting us:

  • We'll provide evidence to the payment processor (Stripe) showing services were delivered
  • Future services may be denied
  • We encourage resolving disputes directly before filing chargebacks

5. Subscription/Recurring Services

This policy applies to our one-time $397 workflow automation service. If we offer subscription services in the future, separate terms will apply.
